Who Are Our Weekends For?

Any man and woman who are married.

It does not matter how long you have been married; how old you are; what your home language is; where you live; whether you have children or not; whether in your first, second or third marriage, etc.

Do You Have Any Specific Requests?

We are willing, and would welcome requests to facilitate marriage enrichment weekends for specific groups.

Content

The content of the program covers various topics that influence a marriage. This is lead by Holy Spirit and could include:

  1. What is God’s heart towards marriage
  2. Conflict
  3. Praying together
  4. The mission of marriage
  5. Finance
  6. Intimacy and sex
  7. Roles in the house

Program

  1. To be the best “vessels” God wants us to be as He guides the program and changes hearts
  2. Due to the nature of the program maximum 8 couples are accommodated per weekend
  3. The program is facilitated in an interactive manner where there is opportunity for questions and discussions without putting anybody on the spot. At no stage are people asked to share any sensitive or confidential information
  4. The program starts on Friday @ 12h00 with a joint lunch, thus many people have to take time off from work. The session starts promptly 13h30. Those who cannot attend the Friday from 13h30 should book on another weekend when they are available to start at 13h30
  5. The program ends on Sunday @ 12h00
  6. It is a stay over program with all couples sleeping over on the Friday and Saturday evenings
  7. No children or pets
  8. The program is facilitated in English. If required, the program will be facilitated in Afrikaans if all the participants are Afrikaans speaking
  9. Preparation required: Prayer for your marriage and an open heart
  10. Please bring your bible
